The High Point Open Space Association & Homeowners Association invite you and your family to the 2008 Annual Meeting! This year’s meeting will be held at the High Point Elementary School. The following is the agenda for this year’s meeting:

• Meet & Greet with fellow members of the High Point Community
• Review the financial picture for both associations
• Hear about growth within the Neighborhood Association
• Hear about exciting developments in the family services offered at Neighborhood House

We hope you will make plans to attend this important meeting for all High Point homeowners. In order to conduct this meeting, we need 20% attendance from each Association (or completed proxy forms sent to homeowners in the mail).

Translation Services will be provided for the meeting UPON REQUEST. Please call Francee Rickels at 435-897-3400 if you require translation.

An informal Dessert Potluck will be available for those arriving early. Please bring your favorite dessert to share with your neighbors. Plates, cups, drinks and utensils will be provided. If you are interested in attending the potluck, please RSVP to Francee Rickels at 435-897-3400 with the number of adults and children in your family.
