Looking to get in shape this summer? Join the beginners boot camp at High Point Community Center. This class will include plyometrics, flexibility, and yoga. Perfect for beginners as well as seasoned athletes.
Location: High Point Community Center
Times: 7/28 – 8/27 7 – 8 a.m. or 7/28 – 8/27 9:15 – 10:15 a.m.
