Many rental housing units at High Point are managed by the Seattle Housing Authority. Households in this program generally earn 30 percent of area median income or less to qualify, and typically pay 30 percent of monthly income for rent and utilities. Each community maintains its own waiting list.
Rental units are also available in these communities for households earning 80 percent of area median income or less, and for households able to pay to market rental rates. Some people in these communities own their own homes.
