Catholic Community Services - Youth Tutoring Program
Late afternoon and evening program for elementary, middle and high school students. Build language arts and math skills, play educational games, read books, use computers.

CDC Management - Open Space and Home Owner’s Associations
The Open Space Association manages and maintains the High Point open space including the parks, the pond and the right of ways. The Homeowners Assoc manages ACC requests, rules and regulations and financial management of the association for homeowners.

Cultivating Youth

High Point Medical and Dental Clinic
Offers primary medical care for all ages, dental care for children under age 19, and some emergency dental care for adults. We accept medical coupons and many types of insurance. We also have a sliding fee scale for patients without insurance. Interpreter services are available.

Seattle Housing Authority Impact Property Management
Provides housing and management services. Initiate and conduct lease enforcement and provide referral information to services. Provide assistance for residents to remain in public housing. Conduct unit inspections to ensure lease compliance and disseminate information to residents regarding the SHA/IPM policies and procedures and initiate lease enforcement when necessary.
