Catholic Community Services - Youth Tutoring Program
Late afternoon and evening program for elementary, middle and high school students. Build language arts and math skills, play educational games, read books, use computers.

CDC Management - Open Space and Home Owner’s Associations
The Open Space Association manages and maintains the High Point open space including the parks, the pond and the right of ways. The Homeowners Assoc manages ACC requests, rules and regulations and financial management of the association for homeowners.

Cultivating Youth
Provides elementary aged students in Seattle Housing Authority communities the opportunity to learn about gardening and nutrition through school-based, after-school and summer school classes.

Department of Neighborhoods Delridge Neighborhood Service Center
Convenient location to make payments to city utilities, purchase pet licenses, and receive more information about City Services including the Neighborhood Matching Grant, and District Councils.

Elizabeth House
74 units of affordable housing for 62 and over. Annual income must be below $27,250 for a one person household or below $31,150 for a two person household. Live-in Key Keeper and Housing Director onsite Monday-Friday.

Family Services Resident Choices
Provides eviction prevention case management and links to public assistance (housing, financial, counseling), community resources and outreach to High Point and neighboring families.

High Point Community Center - Seattle Parks and Recreation
Provides recreational and social activities for all ages. Includes before and after school programs, various day camps, sports, special and holiday events.

Provides a public education for pre-kindergarten through grade five students. Career and Technology Centrr 8-11am.

High Point Public Library
Books, books-on-tapes and CDs, videos, magazines, music cds, ESL, citizenship and multilingual materials are available to borrow. Additional services include youth story times, homework/reading help, Summer Reading Club, and Internet access.

High Point Medical and Dental Clinic
Offers primary medical care for all ages, dental care for children under age 19, and some emergency dental care for adults. We accept medical coupons and many types of insurance. We also have a sliding fee scale for patients without insurance. Interpreter services are available.

Provide funding to construct the new High Point Neighborhood Center.

Seattle Housing Authority Impact Property Management
Provides housing and management services. Initiate and conduct lease enforcement and provide referral information to services. Provide assistance for residents to remain in public housing. Conduct unit inspections to ensure lease compliance and disseminate information to residents regarding the SHA/IPM policies and procedures and initiate lease enforcement when necessary.

Community Police Team officer patrols High Point on a regular basis; addresses residents’ safety concerns and assists with law enforcement.

West Seattle Food Bank
Provides food and other items to low income residents. Distributes food on: Tuesday 10-11am to seniors, Wednesday 4 to 7pm to general public, Thursday 10-1pm to general public

Provides limited financials assistance for rent, utilities, prescriptions, and transportation. Offers referrals for clothing and to the Emergency Feeding Program. No fees.
